Crypto payment infrastructure for online merchants
B2B virtual asset acquiring platform — invoices, blockchain analytics screening, and settlement in crypto, built around Georgian VASP registration requirements.
Solvira is not yet registered as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP). An application for registration with the National Bank of Georgia is in preparation under the rule on the registration and regulation of Virtual Asset Service Providers adopted by the National Bank of Georgia.
Until registration is granted, Solvira does not provide virtual asset services, does not process transactions and does not hold client assets. Nothing on this site is an offer of regulated services.
Intended scope of services
Virtual asset services Solvira intends to provide once VASP registration is granted — described as planned scope, not currently offered.
- Crypto invoice & payment link generation
- The merchant creates an invoice or payment link for their customer, specifying the amount, accepted virtual asset, and expiry time. The end customer pays directly from any wallet or exchange.
- Virtual asset payment acceptance
- Payment acceptance via direct blockchain transfer, and through an integrated third-party crypto payment provider subject to that provider's approval. The platform monitors receipt, amount correctness, and required blockchain confirmations before settlement proceeds.
- Blockchain analytics & screening
- Every incoming transaction is screened for sanctions exposure, mixer activity, darknet links, and high-risk wallet patterns using a third-party blockchain analytics provider before settlement.
- Merchant settlement in virtual assets
- After payment confirmation and compliance checks, the corresponding virtual assets are transferred to the merchant's wallet in accordance with the agreed settlement schedule.
- Alternative GEL settlement
- For merchants registered in Georgia who are required by law to receive payment in GEL, an alternative settlement scenario is available through a separately licensed payment service provider.
- Merchant dashboard
- Web-based interface for invoice generation, payment link creation, transaction monitoring, settlement tracking, reconciliation reports, and user roles with separated permissions.
- Compliance & KYB / KYC
- Every merchant undergoes full KYB/KYC verification — corporate documentation, UBO identification, sanctions and PEP screening — before being admitted to the platform. Ongoing monitoring continues after onboarding.

How a merchant is taken on
A four-stage process applied to every applicant in the same order. No merchant reaches production before compliance review is complete.
Application
Corporate details, ownership structure, the products sold, target markets and expected transaction volumes.
Know Your Business
Verification of the legal entity, its directors and ultimate beneficial owners; sanctions and PEP screening; review of the merchant's website, terms of service, and data handling.
Integration
API or dashboard access credentials, test invoice generation and payment flow testing across supported virtual assets, webhook configuration for payment status updates, and a joint go-live checklist.
Go live
Production access, agreed transaction limits and settlement schedule, named commercial and support contacts, and confirmation of the first live transaction flow.
Built to be integrated once
Built around the same standards Solvira would apply to any provider it relies on: predictable interfaces, verifiable blockchain events, wallet security, and end-to-end auditability.
- REST API
- Versioned endpoints for invoice creation, payment status queries, and settlement information, with signed webhooks and retry logic for every transaction state change.
- Third-party payment provider
- Payment acceptance through an integrated global crypto payment provider alongside direct blockchain transfer, subject to provider approval and institutional account setup.
- Blockchain analytics
- Integration with a third-party blockchain analytics provider for wallet screening, sanctions exposure detection, mixer and darknet activity flagging, and risk scoring on every incoming transaction.
- Merchant dashboard
- Web-based platform for invoice and payment link generation, real-time transaction monitoring, settlement tracking, reconciliation, and role-based access control.
- Wallet security
- Wallets and their private keys are controlled by Solvira, not by a third party. Operational wallets are segregated, access is restricted and logged, and transfers follow documented approval procedures and limits. No commingling of merchant assets.
- Operational controls
- Segregated environments, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access with least privilege, immutable audit logging, and documented incident response and business continuity procedures.
Compliance and governance
Solvira is being built compliance-first: the control framework below is a condition of launch, not something added after it.
AML / CFT framework
A written AML/CFT policy, approved by management, aligned with Georgian legislation on the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing, reviewed at least annually.
Risk-based onboarding
Customer due diligence proportionate to assessed risk, with enhanced due diligence and senior sign-off for higher-risk applicants, and documented grounds for every decline.
Ongoing monitoring
Transaction monitoring against documented scenarios and thresholds, with alert triage, escalation, and reporting of suspicious transactions to the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia.
Sanctions and PEP screening
Screening of merchants, their directors and beneficial owners against international sanctions and PEP lists at onboarding and on a continuing basis.
Fit and proper management
Directors and key function holders assessed for relevant experience, financial standing and the absence of a disqualifying criminal record, with a designated AML compliance officer.
Data protection
Personal data processed under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, with defined retention periods, restricted access, and GDPR-aligned practice where applicable.

About Solvira
A Georgian B2B company built to solve a real gap: most online merchants who want to accept crypto payments lack the compliance, technical, and operational infrastructure to do so safely.
- What we do
- We provide merchants with a structured crypto payment acceptance environment — merchant onboarding, invoice and payment link generation, transaction monitoring, blockchain analytics screening, crypto consolidation, and settlement in virtual assets.
- Our model
- Solvira operates as a B2B infrastructure provider only. We do not serve individual retail users, do not operate a crypto exchange, and do not hold or manage funds beyond what is required for merchant settlement. Crypto-assets only — no fiat payments, no electronic money, no banking services.
- Compliance approach
- Compliance is the foundation of our business model, not an afterthought. Every merchant undergoes a full KYB/KYC procedure before admission. Every incoming virtual asset is screened with blockchain analytics before settlement. We apply a risk-based AML/CFT framework aligned with Georgian legislation.
- Technology
- At the initial stage, the merchant platform is built on a third-party codebase acquired under a commercial licence, deployed and operated on infrastructure under Solvira's own control. Wallet keys, merchant data and system administration remain with Solvira; no third party operates the platform on the company's behalf. It is complemented by an integrated global crypto payment provider and a dedicated blockchain analytics provider, and is accessible through a web-based merchant dashboard and REST API.
- Ownership and management
- Solvira LLC is a limited liability company incorporated in Georgia on 24 July 2026. Day-to-day management, regulatory communication and operational oversight are carried out from Georgia by a resident director. Details of ownership and beneficial ownership are provided to the National Bank of Georgia as part of the registration application, and to counterparties on request.
